Key responsibilities include preparing and tracking the Annual Benefits Program Budget, conducting quarterly analyses of actual spend versus budget, and presenting findings to executive stakeholders. The analyst will also be responsible for benefits program accounting, including tracking global partner departures and arrivals, reconciling general ledger entries with monthly invoice charges, and approving invoices and premium payments. Additionally, the role involves compliance support, such as conducting audits with the Payroll team and managing the accuracy of firm and employee contributions for Health Savings Accounts and other spending accounts.

Candidates should possess a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field, with at least seven years of relevant experience. Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with Macros, Pivot Tables, and VLookups, is required. Familiarity with accounting applications like Accelerate and Chrome River is preferred. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to effectively present information to executive stakeholders are essential. Experience with HRIS, Payroll, and Vendor reporting databases such as Workday and ADP Payroll is advantageous.

The estimated base salary for this position ranges from $150,000 to $170,000 annually. The actual salary offered will depend on various factors, including the applicant's qualifications, years of relevant experience, and level of education.
