The Senior Analyst, Data Quality at Mitratech is a pivotal role responsible for leading and executing the enterprise data quality program. This position focuses on ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and trustworthiness of data across the organization, particularly within key systems such as Salesforce, NetSuite, and ChurnZero. The role involves close collaboration with both business stakeholders and technical teams to identify data quality gaps, implement remediation strategies, and establish scalable controls.
Key responsibilities include designing and managing enterprise-wide data quality initiatives, conducting data profiling and analysis to uncover quality issues, and partnering with system teams to implement validation rules and preventative controls. The analyst will also oversee customer data unification and hierarchy management, leveraging external data vendors like ZoomInfo and Dun & Bradstreet to enrich and standardize enterprise data. Additionally, the role involves developing data standards and definitions to ensure consistent data entry and usage across all departments.
The ideal candidate possesses 3–5 years of experience in enterprise data management with a strong focus on data quality management and remediation. Proficiency in SQL is essential, along with a solid understanding of Salesforce data structures and management. Experience in driving data quality standardization and establishing enterprise-wide controls is highly valued. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams are critical for success in this role.
