Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist - Portuguese speaker
Fever is seeking a Senior Affiliate Marketing Specialist to join our dynamic marketing team. In this role, you will manage and expand our affiliate program, fostering long-term, performance-based partnerships with a diverse range of third parties, including bloggers, media groups, hotels, and airlines. This position is based in Buenos Aires and offers the opportunity to contribute significantly to Fever's global growth.
Your primary responsibilities will include growing and optimizing existing affiliate collaborations, identifying and recruiting new affiliate partners, and managing these partnerships from commercial negotiations through to technical integrations and optimizations. You will closely monitor affiliate activity and performance, conduct fraud checks, and ensure compliance with company policies and brand guidelines across all online channels.
The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field, with 3-4 years of experience in digital marketing. Direct experience in affiliate marketing or account management is desirable. Professional working proficiency in English and Portuguese is required, with a third language considered a plus. We are looking for a dynamic, proactive, and ambitious individual who is solution-focused, possesses strong written and verbal communication skills, and has an untamable desire to learn more.
