Senior Accountant PtP (Accounts Payable)

Eurofins is seeking a Senior Accountant for its Procure-to-Pay (PtP) department, focusing on Accounts Payable operations. This role is integral to the finance team, ensuring accurate and efficient processing of financial transactions within a global leader in life sciences analytical testing services.

The Senior Accountant will be responsible for processing invoices, handling supplier queries, managing travel and expense reports, and overseeing payment processing. Additional duties include conducting AP aging and analytical reviews, preparing month-end accruals, maintaining process documentation, participating in knowledge transfer meetings, and identifying opportunities for process improvements.

Candidates should have substantial experience in finance, particularly within Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) or Shared Services Centers (SSC), with a focus on Accounts Payable. Proficiency in English, both written and spoken, is essential. Strong skills in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, along with diligence, reliability, attention to detail, and excellent organizational abilities are required.
