Senior Account Manager
Wrike is seeking an accomplished and consultative Senior Account Manager to join our high-performing Expand Sales team in Tokyo. In this elevated role, you will partner with a portfolio of commercial customers ranging from 250 to 5,000 employees. Leveraging your expertise in complex account management and executive stakeholder alignment, you will drive meaningful business impact, expand Wrike’s presence at scale, and help our clients achieve their most critical objectives.
As a Senior Account Manager, you will develop and execute comprehensive, multi-year commercial account plans that drive expansion across a portfolio of high-value customers. You will manage complex sales cycles end to end, from proactive opportunity identification and executive-level discovery to value-driven solution design, negotiation, procurement processes, renewal, and close. Proactively engaging and building relationships with senior stakeholders through targeted, data-informed outreach initiatives will be key to uncovering and influencing new expansion opportunities within assigned accounts.
The ideal candidate will have fluency in both English and Japanese, with over five years of successful B2B SaaS sales or account management experience, managing commercial accounts and consistently meeting quotas. A minimum of four years as an Account Manager responsible for an installed account base is required. Demonstrated ability to manage the full sales cycle from discovery to close, experience growing accounts through consultative, solution-based selling, and proficiency in navigating enterprise procurement processes are essential. Strong communication and influencing skills with executive stakeholders are also critical.
