Senior Account Manager - West
As a Senior Account Manager at Interface AI, you will play a pivotal role in managing and enhancing customer relationships within the Western United States. Interface AI is a leading Conversational AI SaaS company focused on providing cutting-edge solutions to the financial services industry, serving close to 100 financial institutions. In this role, you will act as a strategic partner to customers throughout their journey with Interface AI, from onboarding to renewal and product expansions. Key responsibilities include leading quarterly business reviews, driving product expansions and renewals in collaboration with the go-to-market team, and identifying opportunities to provide additional products that will help customers be more successful, such as Voice AI, Employee AI, and Chat AI. You will also own renewal strategies, leverage customer conversations and performance KPIs to identify opportunities for proactive support, and serve as the main point of contact for escalations and issue resolution.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in a customer-facing role such as Account Management, Customer Success, or Renewal/Expansion Management. Experience collaborating with new business Account Executives, Technical Account Managers, and Executive Stakeholders, both internal and external, is essential. A background in a SaaS or technology company supporting SMB banks and/or credit unions is highly preferred. Exceptional communication, consultative approach, problem-solving, and relationship-building skills are required, along with a high degree of ownership, customer empathy, and a proactive mindset. Proficiency in using prompt engineering techniques to enhance productivity and decision-making with generative AI tools is also desirable.
Compensation for this position is expected to be between $100,000 and $140,000, along with additional variable compensation. Exact compensation may vary based on skills and location.
