As a Senior Account Executive at Peregrine Technologies, you will play a pivotal role in driving the adoption of our AI-enabled platform within the MIKO territory, encompassing Missouri, Iowa, Kansas, and Oklahoma. This position offers the opportunity to shape the future of law enforcement technology by leveraging your expertise to build upon our early successes in the region. You will be part of a dynamic team dedicated to transforming complex data into actionable intelligence, empowering law enforcement agencies to make faster, more informed decisions.

Your primary responsibilities will include strategic territory development, where you will identify and cultivate sales opportunities to exceed individual quotas and contribute to the company's overall growth. You will develop a deep understanding of Peregrine's innovative solutions, presenting and demonstrating their advantages to law enforcement agencies in a compelling manner. Building strong relationships with agencies by immersing yourself in their challenges and technology roadmaps will be essential. Additionally, you will proactively manage a robust pipeline of opportunities, collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure a seamless customer experience, and develop creative strategies in partnership with internal and external advisors to craft tailored solutions that set new standards in law enforcement technology.

The ideal candidate will have over five years of field sales experience in the enterprise software or SaaS space, with expertise in data integration, analytics, and business intelligence. Proven success in selling SaaS platforms into complex accounts, demonstrated by overachievement of quotas and strong customer references, is essential. Experience within the public sector B2G vertical is required, with existing relationships within law enforcement in the MIKO territory strongly preferred. A history of top performance, ability to handle complex software platforms, comfort in negotiating and closing legal agreements, proficiency in solution-based selling, and excellent executive-level communication and relationship management skills are also necessary. Candidates should be located within the MIKO territory.

Peregrine Technologies offers a competitive salary range of $135,000 to $165,000 annually, complemented by sales commissions, benefits, equity options, and potential bonuses. Actual compensation is influenced by factors such as skill set, experience level, and specific work location.
