Senior Account Director, AI
As the Senior Account Director for our tech portfolio, you will be the primary partner for specific brands, nurturing client relationships and developing a deep understanding of their business needs. You will act as the client's voice within Monks, ensuring that we deliver value at every turn. This role is ideal for someone passionate about new technologies and seeking opportunities to create impactful work.
Your key responsibilities will include managing project aspects to ensure all work is delivered effectively, on time, and within budget. You will proactively identify opportunities and bring Monks solutions to clients to unlock additional growth. Collaborating closely with internal teams, you will translate client priorities into briefs and scopes of work, ensuring alignment and successful project delivery. Additionally, you will lead client onboarding processes and drive the collection and application of market and client insights to inform strategic decisions.
The ideal candidate will have expertise in client management, owning the day-to-day client experience for specific brands. A keen enthusiasm for technology, especially AI, is essential, along with a proactive approach to implementing new tools and techniques to enhance work processes. Strong communication and negotiation skills are required, as well as the ability to identify opportunities and maintain healthy commercial relationships. Experience in managing the performance of a small sub-team is a plus.
