Senior 3D Motion Designer
BrainRocket is seeking an experienced Senior 3D Motion Designer to join our dynamic creative team in Warsaw, Poland. As a global company specializing in end-to-end tech products across Fintech, iGaming, and Marketing, we pride ourselves on innovation and rapid execution. Our team of 1,300 professionals operates across multiple countries, including Cyprus, Malta, Portugal, Poland, and Serbia, continually pushing the boundaries of technology and design.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with art directors, designers, and animators to produce high-impact visuals that seamlessly integrate concept, design, and motion. Your primary responsibilities will include executing 3D motion projects from concept to final delivery, creating visually engaging animations such as product visualizations and brand films, and optimizing 3D assets for animation and rendering pipelines. Staying abreast of emerging tools and techniques in 3D motion design will be essential to your success.
The ideal candidate will possess over five years of experience in motion design with a focus on 3D, demonstrating proficiency in software such as Cinema 4D, Redshift (or Octane), Maya 3D, Houdini, Blender, and Adobe After Effects. A strong understanding of modeling, lighting, texturing, and dynamics, coupled with an excellent sense of timing and composition, is crucial. Experience in compositing and motion tracking is advantageous, as is the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines. A compelling portfolio showcasing high-end 3D motion work is required.
