Semi Senior Production Designer
The Semi Senior Production Designer at Monks is responsible for creating pixel-perfect files for digital and out-of-home executions. This role involves collaborating with creative and account management teams to define specifications, processes, and templates within clients' brand guidelines. The position requires proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, operating within a Mac OS environment.
Key responsibilities include designing within established digital ad templates, creating new compositions as needed, assembling email layouts using email creation tools, and applying image retouching to photo assets. The role also involves preparing and delivering clean files for various outputs, organizing and archiving files internally, managing multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment, maintaining consistent creative quality, and interacting with project managers to address client feedback.
Candidates should have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience in digital production within an agency setting and advanced English proficiency. The role requires the ability to work through multiple iterations efficiently, both independently and collaboratively. An understanding of visually engaging design aesthetics, familiarity with email creation tools such as Knak (with training provided if necessary), expert knowledge of Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop), fluency in Google G Suite, experience with AI tools for creative and organizational purposes, meticulous file organization skills, and a solid understanding of typography, color spaces, and page layout are essential. Experience with motion graphics using After Effects and Premiere Pro is a plus but not required.
