The company is seeking a proactive and skilled Security Team Lead to join its team.
The Security Team Lead will be responsible for ensuring compliance with security policies and external regulations, acting as the primary point of contact for security-related issues and incidents. The role involves developing, implementing, and updating security protocols to address emerging risks, overseeing technical security projects such as system installations and upgrades, and collaborating with internal teams to identify and mitigate technical vulnerabilities. Regular evaluation of the effectiveness of security measures and recommending improvements are also key aspects of the position.
Candidates should have proven experience in security management or a related leadership role, with strong organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills. Knowledge of physical and technical security systems and best practices is essential. Fluency in Ukrainian, Russian, or English is required, along with fluency in the local language according to the location.
