Security Specialist

WHAT WILL BE YOUR AGENDA?

- Maintain daily contact with our development teams to support and promote continuous improvement in secure development practices.

- Ensure the implementation and ongoing enhancement of secure development, security by design/default and privacy by design/default principles.

- Collaborate with development teams to address findings from penetration tests, vulnerability assessments and our bug bounty program.

- Assist teams in developing, maintaining and regularly testing business continuity, disaster recovery and incident response plans

WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?

- 5+ years of experience in a similar role, with a proven track record of success

- Knowledge of security by design/default, privacy by design/default practices

- Previous experience with OpenSAMM and/or CMMI implementation and management

- Ability to understand technical details from penetration tests and vulnerability assessments and communicate them in business terms.

- Eager to learn

- Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)

- Attention to detail and analytical skills

- Fluency in English and Czech

- Creative thinker with great organisational skills

- Preferred, but not mandatory:

- Relevant certifications such as CEH, CISSP, Security+, GCIH

- Previous experience in red/blue/purple teams

- Some knowledge of PHP, Golang, Python, JavaScript or NodeJS

- Ability to deliver engaging awareness campaigns

- Interest or knowledge in cybersecurity areas such as IAM, DLP, XDR, SOC, etc.

- Previous experience with external audits or performing internal audits independently

- At least some exposure to data privacy topics from GDPR perspective
