About the Role As a Seasonal Food Quality Assurance Supervisor, you play a critical role in ensuring the highest standards of quality, safety, and compliance in our wild-caught salmon operations. Key Responsibilities
Lead and supervise the Quality Control (QC) team, including scheduling, training, and performance management. Ensure compliance with HACCP, GMP, SOPs, and SSOPs standards. Conduct inspections of raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods. Maintain accurate documentation, logs, and quality reports. Investigate quality issues and implement corrective actions. Train staff on food safety and quality procedures. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive quality improvements. Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in food science, Microbiology, Biology, or related field (preferred). 3–5 years of experience in food quality assurance. 2+ years in a supervisory role. - HACCP certification required. Strong knowledge of GMPs, SOPs, and food safety regulations. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in seafood industry (especially salmon). Bilingual skills (Spanish or Tagalog). Experience in remote or seasonal operations.
