Scrum Master II

Avetta is seeking a Scrum Master II to join our dynamic team dedicated to delivering innovative supply chain risk management solutions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate Agile processes and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality software products. As a key member of our organization, you will contribute to enhancing our Agile practices and fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

As a Scrum Master II, your primary responsibilities will include guiding and coaching Agile teams, facilitating Scrum ceremonies, and removing impediments to team progress. You will work closely with Product Owners to ensure that the product backlog is well-defined and prioritized, and assist teams in delivering value to our customers efficiently. Additionally, you will monitor team performance metrics and implement strategies to enhance productivity and collaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and have at least 3 years of experience as a Scrum Master in a software development environment. Strong knowledge of Agile frameworks, particularly Scrum and Kanban, is essential. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are required to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent) is preferred.
