Scientist- NMR Spectroscopy
Eurofins is seeking a Scientist specializing in Nuclear Magnetic Resonance (NMR) Spectroscopy to join our team in Indianapolis, Indiana. The Scientist will be responsible for conducting NMR Spectroscopy analyses, including the operation and maintenance of NMR instruments, interpretation of spectra, and application of multidimensional NMR methods for structural elucidation of organic compounds. Additional responsibilities encompass performing Circular Dichroism (CD) Spectroscopy, Differential Scanning Calorimetry (DSC), Dynamic Light Scattering (DLS), Static Light Scattering (SLS), Tangential Flow Filtration (TFF), Ultraviolet-Visible (UV-Vis) Spectroscopy, Infrared (IR) Spectroscopy, buffer preparation, and adherence to Good Documentation Practices.
Candidates must possess a Bachelor's degree in chemistry, biology, or a related field with 2-4 years of directly related industry experience, or a Master's/Ph.D. degree with up to 2 years of relevant experience. Essential skills include proficiency in NMR Spectroscopy, strong communication and organizational abilities to interface with multiple clients, and the capacity to work both independently and collaboratively. Authorization to work in the United States without restriction or sponsorship is required.
