Scientist I/Scientist II, tLNP Formulation and Delivery

In this role, the scientist will be responsible for the comprehensive design, formulation, bioconjugation, and physicochemical characterization of novel tLNPs. This includes establishing in vitro cell culture models and assay pipelines to validate targeting and cellular uptake, as well as serving as the primary technical interface for in vivo studies.

Candidates should possess a Ph.D. in Biomedical Engineering, Chemical Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, or a related field. Scientist I applicants should have 0–2 years of relevant experience, while Scientist II applicants should have 2–4 years. Essential skills include hands-on experience with LNP assembly platforms, surface bioconjugation techniques, and proficiency in mammalian cell culture and quantitative cell-based assays.

The compensation package includes a competitive salary ranging from $132,000 to $160,000 per year, along with equity participation.
