Scientific applications specialist

Eurofins Scientific is seeking a Scientific Applications Specialist to join its Consumer Product Testing Division, a rapidly expanding group of approximately 80 laboratories focused on quality assurance and control of various consumer goods. This role is based in Parque Industrial de Elche, Alicante, and reports to the CRM & ComLIMS responsible for the division. Eurofins is a global leader in analytical testing services, operating over 900 laboratories in more than 62 countries.

The Scientific Applications Specialist will support the implementation and management of key software systems, including Microsoft Dynamics Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and ComLIMS, a Laboratory Information Management System. Responsibilities include customizing these tools to meet business requirements, managing databases, providing user support, and ensuring data quality and integrity. The role also involves maintaining pricing in the ERP system and contributing to the development of structured sales catalogues.

Candidates should possess a degree in Biochemistry or a related scientific field with strong business experience. Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel, and experience with Laboratory Information Management Systems are essential. Fluency in English is required, and knowledge of Mandarin Chinese is appreciated. The role requires an agile and structured mindset, teamwork orientation, strong communication skills, and the ability to travel internationally.
