Sample Management Analyst

Eurofins is seeking a Sample Management Analyst to join our Professional Scientific Services (PSS) team in Madrid. This role involves managing samples within the stability area, ensuring accurate handling and processing in compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP). The successful candidate will work closely with a dedicated team to support pharmaceutical analysis and quality control processes.

Key responsibilities include overseeing the entry and exit of samples according to the established schedule, aliquoting samples, and transporting them to the appropriate sectors. The analyst will also prepare and transport samples, manage incidents such as Out of Specification (OOS) and Out of Trend (OOT) results, and handle deviations to maintain the integrity of the sample management process.

The ideal candidate holds a Higher Vocational Training degree, a bachelor's, or a master's degree in Biology, Chemistry, or a related field. A minimum of one year of experience in a similar laboratory role within a GMP/GLP environment is required. Experience with OOS, OOT, and deviation management is highly valued. The candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, team-focused, and goal-driven.

Eurofins offers a permanent contract with immediate incorporation. The working hours are Monday to Friday from 14:00 to 22:00.
