Salesforce Technical Lead (Remote)
Axiom Law is seeking a Salesforce Technical Lead to serve as the senior architect and platform owner for their Salesforce environment. This remote role involves providing architectural direction, leading a team of two Salesforce Engineers, and collaborating with various business domains to ensure the Salesforce platform aligns with organizational goals.
The primary responsibilities include owning the Salesforce platform architecture, leading technical design and delivery for complex features and integrations, managing a team of engineers, and maintaining integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems. The role also involves defining coding standards, conducting requirements analysis sessions, evaluating third-party solutions, managing technical debt, and overseeing release management.
Candidates should have over seven years of Salesforce engineering experience, including at least two years in a lead or architect role. Expert-level proficiency in Apex, including asynchronous patterns and SOQL optimization, is required. A Salesforce Platform Developer II certification is mandatory, with advanced architect credentials preferred. Experience in designing and managing Salesforce integrations with enterprise systems, a strong understanding of Salesforce's security model, and familiarity with SFDX and CI/CD processes are essential.
