Salesforce Technical Architect

Lighthouse is seeking a Salesforce Technical Architect to join their implementation team in Ghent, Belgium. This role serves as a bridge between business requirements and technical execution, focusing on designing secure, scalable enterprise architecture and overseeing custom development. The position requires a hands-on approach, with at least 50% of the time dedicated to actual development work. The Salesforce Technical Architect will define and maintain technical architecture standards for the Salesforce platform and its connected systems, such as the Data Warehouse, and will advocate for the use of AI-assisted development tools across the team.
