Salesforce Developer (f/m/x)

As a Senior Salesforce Developer at CarOnSale, you will play a pivotal role in enhancing and maintaining our Salesforce platform, which is integral to our sales infrastructure. CarOnSale is a rapidly growing automotive tech company dedicated to digitizing and simplifying complex trading processes in the European automotive market.

Your primary responsibilities will include owning and improving the bi-directional synchronization service between Salesforce and our core backend systems, developing new features from scratch, and modernizing the existing Salesforce codebase to ensure scalability and performance. Additionally, you will work closely with Sales and Operations teams to translate business needs into robust technical solutions, focusing on Sales Cloud implementations and optimizing sales processes and automation.

The ideal candidate will have over 5 years of hands-on Salesforce development experience, with strong expertise in Sales Cloud. A deep understanding of backend integrations, distributed systems, and event-driven architectures is essential. Proficiency in Apex, SOQL, SQL, as well as front-end technologies like HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, is required. Salesforce certifications and fluency in English are advantageous.
