Salesforce Developer- Contractual

Monks is seeking a skilled Salesforce Developer to join our dynamic team in Gurugram, India. In this position, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing customized solutions on the Salesforce platform. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating and customizing Salesforce applications, integrating Salesforce with other systems, utilizing Apex programming and Visualforce pages, developing Lightning Web Components (LWC), conducting unit testing, troubleshooting application issues, and maintaining technical documentation. Collaboration with project managers, business analysts, and stakeholders to gather requirements and provide technical solutions is also a key aspect of the role.

The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field, along with over 3.5 years of experience in Salesforce development. Required certifications include Salesforce Platform Developer I and Salesforce Administrator. Proficiency in Apex, Visualforce, LWC, Salesforce Flow, Process Builder, Validation Rules, Custom Objects and Fields, Trigger development, and REST/SOAP API integrations is essential. Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills, as well as excellent communication and teamwork abilities, are highly valued.
