Salesforce Administrator
Canonical is seeking a Salesforce Administrator to join its Commercial Systems unit, focusing on enhancing business operations through the development and maintenance of systems like Salesforce and NetSuite. This remote role, based in the EMEA region, offers an opportunity to work within a globally distributed team dedicated to delivering high-quality engineering solutions.
The successful candidate will be responsible for developing engineering solutions in Salesforce, NetSuite, and other business systems. Key duties include collaborating with colleagues on business specifications, technical designs, and code reviews, as well as learning and implementing Canonical's business processes. Depending on seniority, the role may also involve coaching, mentoring, and providing career development feedback to team members.
Applicants should have an exceptional academic track record from both high school and university, with an undergraduate degree in a technical subject or a compelling narrative about an alternative chosen path. A proven track record of exceeding expectations to achieve outstanding results is essential. Experience with Salesforce, NetSuite, or other CRM/ERP systems is required, along with professional written and spoken English skills and excellent presentation abilities. Candidates must be result-oriented, with a personal drive to meet commitments, and willing to travel internationally twice a year for company events lasting up to two weeks.
