Harness is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, implementation, and release of technical solutions that drive revenue growth for our go-to-market partners. This role focuses on Salesforce CPQ and Sales Cloud, optimizing the revenue lifecycle funnel. The successful candidate will collaborate directly with business partners to prioritize projects, define requirements, and facilitate testing of solutions. As a Salesforce evangelist, you will influence the culture and processes of our growing Business Systems team.

Key responsibilities include partnering with stakeholders to gather, refine, and document business requirements, designing scalable and high-performance Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives, and participating in technical architecture discussions to ensure features are scalable and maintainable. The role also involves implementing solutions through development within Apex, Lightning Components, and Flow, collaborating with stakeholders for user acceptance testing, and leading efforts to enhance and expand Salesforce CPQ and quoting processes. Additionally, managing and troubleshooting Salesforce CPQ and billing processes, staying updated on Salesforce features, and mentoring junior team members are essential duties.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, along with Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Administrator, Advanced Administrator, Salesforce CPQ Specialist, and Platform Developer I or II. A strong understanding of Salesforce architecture, automation tools, and data governance best practices is required. Hands-on configuration experience with the Salesforce Platform, experience gathering and analyzing business requirements related to quoting and order processing, and participation in at least one full implementation of Salesforce/Steelbrick CPQ are also necessary. Familiarity with Salesforce integration tools, experience providing technical mentorship, and the ability to work efficiently in an Agile environment are important qualifications.
