Sales Trainer Junior Associate - Region I

Cermaticom is seeking a Sales Trainer Junior Associate for Region I, encompassing Jabodetabek, Sumatera, and Jabar. This role involves conducting training sessions for all sales team members at client sites, developing training programs to support sales activities, and monitoring the effectiveness of these programs to enhance sales productivity.

Key responsibilities include creating and updating training materials such as slide decks, FAQs, case studies, and assessment modules. The associate will collaborate with PIC Trainers to identify and implement relevant training needs, maintain training equipment, and ensure that all marketing materials in the field are properly installed and comply with standards. Additionally, the role requires organizing and supporting regional teams with training logistics and aligning training initiatives with business objectives in coordination with the Placement and Business Team.

The ideal candidate holds a bachelor's degree in Business, Insurance, Marketing, Marketing Communication, Public Relations, or a related field. A minimum of three years of experience in training, preferably in smartphone-related training, is required. Strong analytical, public relations, and problem-solving skills are essential, along with expertise in delivering training programs and proficiency in presentation techniques. The candidate should be adept at managing pre- and post-training evaluations, possess a solid understanding of technical and soft skills training, and be familiar with Standard Operating Procedures (SOP). Being a team player, able to work under pressure, and having strong leadership qualities are also important. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and excellent communication skills are necessary.
