Sales Support (Temporary)

BibliU is seeking a temporary Sales Support team member to join our campus store in Galveston, Texas. This role is integral to creating an organized and customer-focused environment during one of our busiest periods. As part of the store leadership team, you will contribute to efficient order fulfillment and overall store operations.

Key responsibilities include engaging customers on the sales floor, providing information and support, and maintaining clean, organized, and well-merchandised store displays. You will assist customers in locating and purchasing course materials, manage and fulfill customer orders, and support daily upkeep to meet sales and service goals. Additionally, you will handle shipping and receiving tasks, such as checking in incoming merchandise, organizing back-stock, and processing outgoing shipments and returns.

Preferred qualifications include prior retail or customer service experience, though it is not required. The ideal candidate will be team-oriented, dependable, and possess good attention to detail. The ability to work quickly and accurately in a busy environment is essential. Physical requirements include the ability to lift up to 40 pounds unassisted.

This part-time, temporary position offers 10-12 hours per week at our Galveston College location. Compensation details are not specified, but typical compensation ranges for this position are between $12 - $18 per hour.
