The Sales Strategy & Operations Manager will be responsible for designing, building, and scaling the commercial engine that drives Fever's global growth. Key responsibilities include defining and implementing sales and revenue operations processes, driving sales productivity through onboarding and process optimization, and ensuring alignment across various departments such as Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Strategy. The role also involves overseeing pipeline quality and optimizing go-to-market systems to ensure efficient and effective sales operations.

Candidates should possess a degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and have at least six years of experience in Sales Strategy, Sales Operations, or Revenue Operations within the SaaS or B2B tech sectors. A strong strategic and analytical background is essential, with a preference for those with experience in top-tier consulting firms. Proven experience in scaling sales or revenue operations in early-stage or growth-stage environments is highly valued. Expertise in forecasting, territory design, quota-setting, sales processes, and funnel analytics, along with a strong understanding of CRM and go-to-market systems like Salesforce, is required.
