Sales Solutions Engineer - EMEA
SonarSource is seeking a Sales Solutions Engineer to join our EMEA team, focusing on assisting prospective customers in achieving technical success with our products. As a key member of the Solutions Engineering team, you will collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Product Management, and Development teams to provide deep technical expertise and support during the pre-sales process. SonarSource is dedicated to preventing code quality and security issues, enhancing developer productivity, and improving the overall developer experience.
In this role, you will help prospective customers understand how our "Clean as You Code" approach integrates into their software development life cycle. Your responsibilities will include delivering technical presentations and demonstrations, supporting product evaluations, advising on deployment strategies, and troubleshooting technical issues encountered during evaluations. Additionally, you will work beyond the sale to ensure successful product adoption and growth, collaborating with Customer Success and Support teams, and providing technical enablement to channel partners.
The ideal candidate will have practical experience in software development or DevOps engineering, with familiarity in both local and cloud-based deployment platforms and technologies such as Linux, Windows, Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Azure. A passion for technology and delivering successful customer outcomes is essential. Strong problem-solving skills, the ability to articulate solutions effectively, and excellent presentation and communication skills in English are required. Proficiency in additional languages such as German, Spanish, or French is highly desirable.
