Sales & Service Manager - Ridgedale

The Sales & Service Manager at Alo Yoga's Ridgedale location is a pivotal member of the store leadership team, responsible for implementing the company's business and guest experience strategies. Key responsibilities include investigating sales opportunities and addressing process gaps in collaboration with the General Manager, overseeing the Sales & Service team to deliver outstanding guest experiences through product education and personalized service, and ensuring effective sales floor coverage by developing workforce solutions and leading selling initiatives. Additionally, the manager partners with the General Manager to develop and execute the store's Sales & Service strategy.

The ideal candidate possesses 3-5 years of retail or related industry leadership experience, proficiency in MS Office applications, and exceptional interpersonal and communication skills. The role demands agility in managing multiple tasks within a dynamic environment, a strong independent work ethic, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for entire shifts. Compensation for this full-time position ranges from $60,000 to $76,000 annually, with eligibility for the company's Monthly Store Incentive bonus program, potentially increasing total compensation.
