Sales Promoter Team Leader

The Sales Promoter Team Leader at is responsible for overseeing a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters within designated areas, including Ujung Berung, Dayeuh Kolot, Bale Endah, and Sumarecon Mall Bandung. This role focuses on achieving sales targets and ensuring the effective implementation of promotional programs.

Key responsibilities include daily visits to merchants to build and maintain strong relationships with store representatives, ensuring the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials, and coordinating with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales performance, competitor activities, and field issues. The Team Leader also monitors the daily activities of Sales Promoters and conducts training sessions to enhance team performance.

Candidates should possess at least a Senior High School diploma or a Diploma in any field, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Strong leadership abilities, effective team and area management skills, and proficiency in communication and marketing, particularly through social media, are essential. Familiarity with MS Office and Excel is required, and candidates must be able to work in shifting schedules.

The position offers a monthly compensation ranging from IDR 4,500,000 to IDR 6,000,000.
