Key responsibilities include monitoring the daily activities of Sales Promoters, ensuring the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores, and conducting field team training sessions and refresher courses for the promoters. The leader is also tasked with ensuring that all promotional programs run smoothly and meet the established sales targets.
Candidates must possess at least a Senior High School diploma or a Diploma in any field, with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Essential skills include strong leadership abilities, effective team and area management, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in marketing through social media. Familiarity with MS Office and Excel is required, and the ability to work in shifts is necessary.
