Additionally, the role includes monitoring the daily activities of promoters and conducting training sessions to enhance team performance.

Key responsibilities include achieving area-specific sales targets, maintaining positive relationships with store personnel, ensuring proper placement of promotional materials in stores, and coordinating with partners to address operational challenges. The leader will also be tasked with overseeing the daily activities of the Sales Promoters and providing ongoing training and development to the team.

Candidates should possess at least a Senior High School diploma or a Diploma in any field, with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Strong leadership abilities, effective team and area management skills, and proficiency in communication and marketing, particularly through social media, are essential. Familiarity with MS Office and Excel is required, and candidates must be willing to work in shifts.
