Sales Promoter Leader

The Sales Promoter Leader at is responsible for achieving sales targets within a designated area by leading a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters. This role involves daily visits to merchants to build and maintain strong relationships, ensuring the successful implementation of promotional programs, and coordinating with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales, competitors, and field issues.

Key responsibilities include monitoring the daily activities of Sales Promoters, ensuring the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores, and conducting both initial and refresher training sessions for the field team. The leader is also tasked with ensuring that all promotional programs run smoothly and meet their sales objectives.

Candidates must possess at least a Senior High School diploma or a Diploma in any field, with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Essential skills include strong leadership abilities, effective team and area management, excellent communication, and proficiency in marketing through social media. Familiarity with MS Office and Excel is required, and the ability to work in shifting schedules is necessary.
