The Sales Promoter Leader at is responsible for achieving sales targets within a designated area. Key responsibilities include overseeing a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters, monitoring their daily activities, and providing ongoing training and refresher courses. The leader ensures the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores and coordinates with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales performance, competitor activities, and field challenges.

Candidates should possess at least a Senior High School diploma or a Diploma in any field, with a minimum of two years of relevant experience. Essential skills include strong leadership abilities, team and area management, effective communication, and proficiency in social media marketing. Familiarity with MS Office and Excel is required, and the ability to work in shifts is necessary.
