This role involves daily visits to merchants, fostering strong relationships with store representatives, and ensuring the successful implementation of promotional programs. The leader will coordinate with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales performance, competitors, and field issues, while also ensuring the proper placement of point-of-purchase promotional materials in stores.

Key responsibilities include monitoring the daily activities of Sales Promoters, conducting field team training sessions, and providing refresher training as needed. The leader will ensure that the promotional programs in their area run smoothly and that sales targets are met. Additionally, they will coordinate with partner operational teams to obtain information regarding sales, competitors, and field issues, and ensure the placement of promotional materials in stores.

Candidates must possess at least a Senior High School diploma or a Diploma in any field, with a minimum of two years of relevant work experience. Essential skills include strong leadership abilities, team and area management, effective communication, and marketing skills, particularly with social media. Proficiency in MS Office and Excel is required, and candidates must be able to work shifting schedules. Experience in sales within the financial services sector is preferred.
