Sales Promoter Leader - Bekasi

is seeking a Sales Promoter Leader to join our team in Bekasi. As a key player in our sales department, you will oversee a team of 15-20 Sales Promoters, ensuring that sales targets are met and promotional programs are effectively implemented within the designated area.

In this role, you will be responsible for daily visits to merchants, fostering strong relationships with store representatives, and ensuring the proper placement of promotional materials. You will coordinate with partner operational teams to gather insights on sales performance, competitor activities, and field issues. Additionally, you will monitor the daily activities of your team and conduct training sessions to enhance their performance.

The ideal candidate possesses at least a Senior High School diploma or equivalent and has a minimum of two years of experience in a related field. Strong leadership abilities, effective communication skills, and proficiency in marketing through social media are essential. Familiarity with MS Office and Excel is required, and the ability to work in shifts is necessary.
