The Sales Operations Manager at Monks is a pivotal role focused on enhancing productivity and efficiency within the sales team. This position involves close collaboration with growth and revenue leadership to streamline workflows, maintain accurate pipeline records, and provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include managing sales data integrity through CRM administration, performing outreach and qualification activities for inbound leads, and developing and refining sales processes to improve team efficiency. The role also involves partnering with leadership to create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales goals, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting resource allocation for new business opportunities, and leading cross-functional projects to enhance sales tools, automation, and reporting capabilities.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in sales operations, sales enablement, or a related role. Strong proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and strong communication and project management abilities are essential. The ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced environment is also required.
