Sales Operations Manager

Monks is seeking a Sales Operations Manager to enhance productivity and efficiency within the sales team. This role involves close collaboration with growth and revenue leadership to streamline workflows, maintain accurate pipeline records, and provide actionable insights that drive revenue growth.

Key responsibilities include managing sales data integrity through CRM administration, performing outreach and qualification activities for inbound leads, and developing sales processes to improve team efficiency. The role also involves partnering with leadership to create and track key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales goals, analyzing sales data to identify trends and opportunities, supporting resource allocation for new business opportunities, and leading cross-functional projects to enhance sales tools and reporting capabilities.

The ideal candidate will have a bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field, along with 3-5 years of experience in sales operations or a related role. Strong proficiency with CRM systems such as Salesforce or HubSpot, excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment are essential. Experience in the digital marketing industry is a plus.
