Sales Onboarding & Product Enablement, Curriculum Developer
Peregrine Technologies is seeking a Sales Onboarding & Product Enablement Curriculum Developer to lead the design and implementation of comprehensive training programs for new sales hires and ongoing product enablement initiatives. This role is pivotal in ensuring that Account Executives quickly achieve proficiency with the company's AI-enabled platform, which transforms siloed data into actionable intelligence for public safety organizations. The Curriculum Developer will collaborate closely with Solutions Engineering, Product, Product Marketing, and Sales Management teams to align training content with evolving platform capabilities and market demands.
Key responsibilities include creating and delivering a structured onboarding experience that spans from the first day through full ramp-up, developing a 30-60-90 day certification program with clear proficiency milestones, and leading a Sales New Hire Bootcamp that combines live instruction with hands-on platform practice. Additionally, the role involves establishing scalable enablement systems, such as playbooks, demo scripts, and on-demand resources, to keep the sales team informed about new features and workflows. The Curriculum Developer will also track enablement metrics to continuously refine training effectiveness.
The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in Sales, Product, or Go-To-Market Enablement within a high-growth SaaS or Business-to-Government environment, preferably in the public safety sector. Proven expertise in building onboarding programs, certifications, bootcamps, and enablement content is essential. Strong facilitation skills, excellent storytelling abilities, and proficiency in instructional design are required. The candidate should be highly organized, execution-oriented, comfortable operating in ambiguity, and possess a builder mindset with a bias toward action and iteration. Experience with complex or technical sales motions is preferred.
The position is based in San Francisco, California, with an expectation of being in the office four days per week. The salary range is $125,000 to $175,000 annually, complemented by benefits, equity options (if applicable), and potential bonuses. Actual compensation will be influenced by factors such as skill set, experience level, and specific work location.
