The Sales Manager for Passive Fire Testing Solutions at Eurofins Spectro will lead efforts to expand the company's market presence in fire safety testing services. In this role, the Sales Manager will be responsible for achieving business revenue targets by identifying and developing new business opportunities. Key responsibilities include researching prospects, evaluating their position in the industry, generating leads, and expanding into new geographical areas. The manager will also focus on growing the business size from current key accounts and developing new key accounts. Maintaining strong relationships with all potential and existing clients by providing support, information, and guidance is essential. Ensuring high customer satisfaction, prompt response to queries and complaints, and proper servicing and after-sales support are also critical aspects of the role. Additionally, the manager will be responsible for timely collection from customers, market intelligence, competitor mapping, reviving business with old clients, and mentoring and driving the performance of sales team members.

The ideal candidate will possess an MBA and have at least 8 years of experience in B2B sales, preferably from industries related to infrastructure, lifts, or glass doors. Experience with construction chemical manufacturers, waterproofing material manufacturers, doors, and elevator manufacturers is highly desirable. Strong skills in lead generation, client relationship management, and market analysis are essential. The candidate should also demonstrate excellent communication and leadership abilities to effectively mentor and drive the performance of the sales team.
