The Sales Manager of Enterprise Solution will lead sales efforts for Appier's AI-as-a-service products, including AIQUA and BotBonnie. This role involves managing the entire sales process from prospecting and qualification to negotiation and closure. The Sales Manager will serve as a product expert, delivering tailored proposals and customized presentations to potential clients. Additionally, the role requires developing relationships with C-level executives and decision-makers within key accounts to identify new business opportunities.
Key responsibilities include building and maintaining a strong sales pipeline through networking, cold calling, attending industry events, and utilizing other effective sales strategies. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support, to ensure seamless client onboarding, implementation, and post-sales support. The role also involves preparing and delivering compelling sales presentations and proposals that address client challenges and objectives, as well as negotiating terms and contracts with clients to ensure mutual satisfaction.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of successful sales experience within the SaaS industry, with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets. Fluent proficiency in both English and Chinese languages is required, along with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages. A deep understanding of the chatbot industry landscape, including key players, trends, challenges, and opportunities, is essential. The candidate should also possess exceptional interpersonal skills and a consultative sales approach, with the ability to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.
