As Sales Manager - Key Accounts, you will develop and execute strategies to acquire and grow relationships with major key accounts in the healthcare sector. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation, closing, and ongoing relationship management. Regular tasks include engaging C-level executives, coordinating with internal stakeholders, crafting tailored commercial proposals, and representing Doctolib at industry events.
Candidates should have a proven track record in complex B2B sales, ideally within healthcare, software, or digital services, and a history of building relationships with large organizations or enterprise clients. Strong negotiation skills, the ability to understand and communicate technical product value, excellent presentation capabilities, and fluency in German and English are required. Experience in managing long sales cycles and multi-stakeholder environments will be highly valued.
