Appier is seeking a Sales Manager (IC, Hunter) to join our Ad Cloud team in Tokyo, Japan. In this position, you will be responsible for proactively identifying and developing new business opportunities, as well as upselling to existing clients within the advertising solutions sector. Your day-to-day activities will include conducting thorough client research, understanding their business needs, and proposing tailored solutions. You will work closely with clients such as app owners, advertising agencies, game companies, digital media firms, and digital consulting organizations to analyze and address their marketing challenges effectively.
The ideal candidate will have experience in digital advertising sales or a background in the digital marketing industry. Proficiency in solution sales and English language skills are advantageous. We are looking for individuals with strong interpersonal skills, self-motivation, and a commitment to achieving targets. The ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and media companies is essential, as is the capacity to translate complex technical processes into meaningful business solutions.
