Sales Manager- Healthcare
Eurofins Assurance India Pvt Ltd is seeking a Sales Manager for Healthcare Assurance to spearhead the development of its healthcare assurance business in India. This role involves establishing relationships with Indian Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients (API) manufacturers to promote Eurofins' services and organize shared audits of their manufacturing sites. The Sales Manager will collaborate with global and local healthcare assurance teams to execute business plans and strategies, supporting the acquisition and growth of global Indian accounts.
Key responsibilities include developing business plans to attract new clients to Eurofins' healthcare assurance portfolio, focusing on auditing, training, and advisory services. The role entails managing relationships with key API manufacturers to position Eurofins effectively for auditing their sites and proposing additional healthcare services. The Sales Manager will also oversee key account management, ensuring client needs are met and identifying opportunities for cross-selling within Eurofins' service lines. Additional duties involve creating sales and marketing materials, staying updated on industry developments, and representing Eurofins at industry events.
The ideal candidate will possess a bachelor's or advanced degree in business and have at least eight years of experience managing similar businesses or operations globally in the pharmaceutical or chemical industries. Essential skills include sales and marketing excellence, local business experience, and the ability to develop relationships with leaders in the pharmaceutical or chemical sectors in India. The candidate should demonstrate the capability to lead healthcare assurance services in a global environment and function collaboratively to achieve business goals. Strong presentation and public speaking skills, fluency in English, and the ability to travel extensively within India and occasionally in Asia are also required.
