Eurofins is seeking a Sales Manager for its Soils & Water Testing division in Belgium. This role involves leading a team of eight sales professionals to drive growth and expand the customer portfolio within both private and public sectors. The position reports directly to the Business Unit Manager of Soils & Water Testing Belgium.

The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing business plans and strategies to attract new customers and enter new markets. Key duties include establishing long-term partnerships with key accounts, creating a commercial plan to generate a robust pipeline for organic growth, and actively engaging with key accounts to develop strategic deals. Additionally, the role involves overseeing sales activities to ensure objectives align with the strategic business plan and fostering collaboration between departments such as sales support, production, and logistics.

Candidates should possess a university-level degree, preferably in a scientific field, and be fluent in Dutch, French, and English. Success in this role requires a goal-oriented and result-driven approach, with strong analytical and decision-making skills. The ideal candidate will demonstrate a proactive mindset, the ability to lead by example, and comfort working in a complex business environment.
