Key responsibilities include developing and implementing successful sales strategies that lead to increased revenue, bringing in immediate clients and sales, and staying informed about the latest market trends and shifts for mid-to-long-term planning. The Sales Manager will also be tasked with innovating and implementing changes successfully, prioritizing high-value tasks under pressure, and maintaining exceptional communication and presentation skills to effectively engage with clients and internal teams.

The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelor's Degree in Business, Science, or a related field, along with at least five years of comprehensive sales experience in the environment testing or environmental consulting industries. A proven track record of developing and implementing successful sales strategies is essential. The candidate should be capable of bringing in immediate clients and sales, aware of the latest market trends, and demonstrate the ability to innovate and implement changes successfully. Strong organizational skills, solid computer skills with awareness of web-based marketing and social media, and a commitment to success while maintaining integrity are also required.
