Divergent is a technology company that has developed the Divergent Adaptive Production System (DAPS), an end-to-end factory system utilizing machine learning to engineer, additively manufacture, and assemble complex vehicle structures and subsystems. As a qualified Tier 1 supplier to global automotive OEMs, Divergent is expanding into the Aerospace and Defense sectors. The Sales, Inventory, and Operations Planning (SIOP) Manager will lead the monthly SIOP cycle, ensuring cross-functional alignment across Sales, Programs, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, and Finance.

Key responsibilities include facilitating SIOP meetings to align demand and supply plans, maintaining data integrity within planning tools, and partnering with data science teams to enhance planning analytics. The role also involves performing gap analyses between demand and supply, identifying risks and opportunities, and developing mitigation plans. Additionally, the SIOP Manager will collaborate with Finance to align SIOP plans with financial targets and lead continuous improvement projects related to forecasting and inventory policies.

Candidates should possess a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Business, Finance, or a related field, along with progressive experience in demand planning, supply planning, production planning, program management, or S&OP/SIOP leadership within advanced manufacturing or technology-intensive sectors. Strong analytical skills, proficiency in ERP/MRP systems, and excellent communication abilities are essential. A growth mindset and comfort operating in fast-changing environments are also desired.

The compensation range for this position is $120,190 to $190,868 annually, depending on the level of the role as evaluated during the interview process.
