Sales Growth Senior Manager

Additionally, the role involves collaborating with the Head of Offline Sales to define sales team headcount, monitoring recruitment processes, and coordinating with relevant departments for area expansion and extension.
The ideal candidate holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics, Management, Accounting, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related field, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in sales management or sales performance monitoring within banking, multifinance, or paylater industries. Strong data analysis and reporting skills, advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
