Sales Executive – Insurance Healthcare Network
The Sales Executive – Insurance Healthcare Network role at Docplanner focuses on promoting and selling the company's innovative Claim Management solutions to clinics, hospitals, and insurance companies. This position is integral to expanding Docplanner's network of affiliated healthcare providers and enhancing the efficiency of claim processing within the healthcare insurance sector. The successful candidate will join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming healthcare through advanced digital solutions.
Key responsibilities include conducting solution selling activities by presenting Docplanner's offerings to potential clients, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, and developing and maintaining relationships with affiliated healthcare providers. The role also involves negotiating with clinical and insurance stakeholders to drive the adoption of the company's solutions and collaborating with the product team to refine offerings based on market feedback.
Candidates must have a minimum of four years of experience in B2B sales or managing clinical networks within the insurance sector, along with a deep understanding of claim management processes. An active network in the affiliated clinics sector, strong commercial orientation, and negotiation skills are essential. A degree in Economics, Engineering, or a related field is required, as well as native-level Italian and at least intermediate English proficiency (B1+).
The position offers a hybrid work model, with approximately 50% of the time dedicated to client visits across Italy and the remainder performed remotely. Preference is given to candidates based in Central-Northern Italy, with occasional travel to Rome or Bologna for strategic meetings.
