Sales Executive (Freelance)
Fever is seeking a Freelance Sales Executive to join our team in Dubai, focusing on driving B2B sales for Dopamine Land, a multisensory interactive museum. This role involves managing special events, group bookings, and private experiences, contributing to our mission of democratizing access to culture and entertainment.
The Sales Executive will handle both inbound and outbound sales inquiries, manage customer communications from initial contact to booking confirmation, and close deals for group visits and private events. Responsibilities also include providing personalized customer care, collecting and analyzing feedback to identify areas for improvement, supporting reporting processes, and collaborating with marketing and operations teams to enhance visitor satisfaction.
Candidates should have 2-3 years of experience in sales, customer service, or commercial roles, preferably in hospitality, events, or entertainment. Strong communication and interpersonal skills in English are essential, with proficiency in Arabic considered a plus. A proactive attitude, problem-solving mindset, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment are key. Proficiency with CRM software and productivity tools like Excel and Google Sheets is also required.
